Tick-tock, tick-tock. Time moves quickly when you get older…. When you’re at school, you counted the hours and looked forward to the evenings. Now you count the days to Friday instead. Isn’t it strange how time seems to accelerate…. Tick-tock…. It is now 02.30 in the morning. I’m having problems with a server and have phoned the emergency help line. The server has rebooted and I’m sitting here, waiting for a file check.
Tomorrow will be a long, difficult day.The weekend was great. My wonderful wife, Pia, is a real karaoke fan, and had entered the Myran Open XI. You’re great, John - we really enjoyed the atmosphere at Myran and a fantastic event!
I’m battling on with the exercise: 4 x weight training sessions and morning walks on 4 days. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday… But I don’t get as much muscle pain anymore, and my body is getting used to the work…I’m continuing to eat healthily and frequently - 5 times a day to stop me getting hungry and peckish. If I do get peckish, I eat an apple. This mostly happens in the evenings now that I’m exercising more.
